Flying Finn Academy'S COACHING SYSTEM

The goal of AKK-Motorsport's Flying Finn Academy coaching program is to prepare drivers for the challenges they are going to face on their career path. The coaching has groups on different levels. Getting to to the next level requires constant development on both physical and mental side on drivers skills. The meaning of this method is to ensure, that the driver is prepared as well as possible to prove his skills when the opportunity comes.

New drivers are being selected to the Flying Finn Academy Coaching system by the means of race results, selection tests and interviews.
